FHMOMS (FILIPINA HOMEBASED MOMS)

Filipina Homebased Moms is the first and the biggest Pinay Moms community for freelancing, entrepreneurship, parenting, and personal development!. They are a social enterprise that empowers home-based Filipina moms and mom figures to pursue their passion in freelancing, parenting, and entrepreneurship by providing an accessible e-learning platform and community that provides training, job opportunities and other support needed in their journey.

ANALIZATION & OBSERVATION

In the pre-construction phase, I study FHMOMS' branding, social media presence, and website. I discovered some flaws and inconsistencies in their branding. One thing I noticed is that they have a lot of members, but just a few of them are actively engaging whenever they are posting.

INSPIRATIONS

This mood board shows the perspective of FHMOMS.  I wanted the imagery would be in a cool tone, and it shows being PRODUCTIVE, INSPIRATIONAL, and EMPOWERING.

I made a revamp on the logo to clearly evoke what is their mission and vision. Though their first logo describes it as being a supermom, it might bring confusion to others that their community is for mothers only. Their aim is to help all Filipina women and not just only Pinay moms.

Consistent use of typography helps to make the brand identity strong and cohesive across all applications. The typeface Montserrat was selected to complement the voice and tone of FHMOMS. This typeface is a web-safe font with flexibility built in.
